These are collectives that have offered web hosting to radical projects where you get your own login. I do host many peoples and groups webpages and email pop/imap boxs provided for comrades. In fact in last year I was able to offer to host domains and webspace with own login on server I control but it was unsustainable, there are plans for a more collective web hosting service from Aktivix.

We got fucked over by person who controled site Luna Internet rather than domain
owner (Vicky). A sorry tale others may learn from and so the full story may
be put online sometime. Our site and email access was removed unilaterally and
most of website deleted with no forwarding pages. Relying on a favour costed
us dear.
